California’s Department of Cannabis Control, or DCC, announced a proposal for several rule changes that will affect most California Cannabis industries. The proposed changes would directly impact industry operators connected to cultivation, distribution, manufacturing, retail, events, testing laboratories, license applications, cannabis product ingredients, and labeling, marketing and advertising. Adraft of the proposed rules is now available on the DCC website. The DCC encourages the public to let them know of any concerns, questions, or suggestions on the proposed regulations during the public comment period which ends on April 19, 2022.
