 Cresco Labs has been one of the largest cannabis companies in the United States, known for their wholesale brands.
Columbia Care has also been one of the largest cannabis companies, known for their extensive network of retail stores. On Thursday the two jointly announced their merging, with Cresco Labs acquiring Columbia Care. Together they will be one of the largest cultivators, manufacturers, and providers of cannabis products. They’ll have more than 130 dispensaries, and have a presence in18 legal markets.
