The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority announced that they had reached an agreement on their seed to sale system, allowing it to move forward. According to the Agreed Order:
The state program must conduct at least five online seminars by May 26 to educate licensees on the new seed-to-sale system, and ensure adequate call center staff is on hand to respond to questions about seed-to-sale program implementation. OMMA will continue to provide updates on the process to licensees by email and on their website. As a warning to those who might not meet compliance deadlines, Executive Director Adria Berry said “Come May 27, we will focus the bulk of our enforcement authority on businesses that are not Metrc-compliant.” Catherine Cole / The M News Comments are closed.
