Oregon Passes Bill to Stop Issuing Licenses

The Oregon Senate has passed bill 4016, which authorizes the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission to refuse to issue new marijuana production, processing, wholesale and retail licenses
 
The bill also states that they may enforce this for whatever amount of time the commission determines is necessary, which is based on supply of and demand for marijuana.
