 Beginning April 1, 2022, Oregon’s edible cannabis products can now contain twice as much THC. Previously, the limit was 5mg per serving, and a package was limited to 50 mg total.
Now, they limit per serving is 10 mg, and the limit per package is 100 mg total. (See OLCC Information Bulletin IB2022-03) Oregon’s packages are now in line with the levels that most other legal cannabis states allow. Comments are closed.
